Kindly note: The Ceremony & Dining All-Inclusive Package provides live musical accompaniment for an intimate dining experience. This package does not include a dance floor, DJ, or MC services. We recommend assigning a member of your party to coordinate any announcements throughout the evening.

Note: Client provides alcohol for bartending service from Broudy's Liquors (Cobblestone location). The venue will cover the delivery cost. Alcohol delivery is arranged by the venue. Delivery is setup to arrive the day before when you arrive for your decor drop and/or ceremony rehearsal. Bride and/or groom will be able to check their order with person delivering.
To provide you with a truly all-inclusive and seamless experience, the cost of all vendor services, including their gratuities, is fully incorporated into your package price. Therefore, no additional tipping of our included vendors is required.
Children's Policy:
We love celebrating with families and warmly welcome children at 9 Aviles. That said, because our venue is a historic property with limited space, we ask that you discuss your plans for younger children and infants with us directly. This allows us to talk through the details together and find arrangements that keep everyone safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy your celebration. Please reach out and we'll be glad to work through the specifics with you.
Any upgrade made to the existing package to be negotiated and contracted directly with the vendors. Customized packages available upon request.
