The venue rental price includes access to the historic 9 Aviles venue space.
What's NOT Included: Everything else—catering, DJ, photography, florals, décor, bar service, cake, tables, chairs, seat cushions, dinner plates, dessert plates, glassware, venue setup and breakdown, and all other services—must be rented and coordinated by your event planner from our approved vendor list.
Note: Client provides alcohol for bartending service.
