At 9 Aviles, we offer a stunning, intimate venue perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and special occasions. Located on the oldest street in the nation, in the heart of historic St. Augustine, Florida. Our unique space accommodates up to 50 guests, providing a timeless intimate atmosphere that makes your event truly unforgettable.

•  Unique Event Planning Assistance: Since we are a family owned and run venue, we offer a very unique and personable approach to planning your event with our in-house assistance. We make the process easy by providing you with a venue guideline and a consultation meeting so you can make choices that will create the day you envision. Our approved vendors list has vetted options that understand our one-of-a-kind venue and location. We're pleased to offer an exceptional choice of vendors that are perfect for an elegantly intimate event.  Because of our unique boutique style at  9 Aviles, we basically give you the "answers to the test" for planning, making an outside coordinator unnecessary. 
•  In-House Décor: Our exquisite and easy  in-house décor package offers a variety of options,  including table and napkin linens (outside source) chargers, flatware, napkin rings, water goblets, and table & venue candles. All setup and breakdown services included,  allowing you to focus entirely on special day. 
• Venue Coordination: We communicate with your chosen vendors on our qpproved list following the 30 day final walk through. We are onsite and available to coordinate vendors during the entire event, making sure things go smoothly on the event day. 
• Premium Lighting & Sound System: Our venue offers an exclusive, top-tier DJ setup with interactive dance lighting, spotlights, and special features unique to 9 Aviles. While we do not include a DJ, this system can only be used with DJs from our approved list, ensuring a lively and unforgettable atmosphere for your guests.
• Host Bar: We allow you to purchase your own alcohol from an outside retailer and bring it in. You only need to use a bar service from our list to customize it to your taste and budget. No big expensive venue bar packages here!
