UNIQUE & INTIMATE VENUE

A venue for magical, intimate events

We have curated a selection of authorized vendors to ensure a seamless and professional experience for both you and the venue. These approved vendors have a well-established reputation and are familiar with our venue and downtown logistics. 


Please be aware that the use of ONLY these approved vendors is permitted to guarantee the highest level of service and coordination.


Our lighting system is ONLY available with our in-house APPROVED DJ.

RECEPTION RENTAL INCLUDES

  •  Seating for up to 50 guests with DJ/dance floor
  •  Seating for up to 60 guests without DJ/dance floor
  • Assorted dining/serving tables plus tables for gifts, place cards, cake, sweetheart table 
  • Chiavari chairs/table setup and breakdown 
  •  Up to 4 highboy tables for cocktail hour
  • Bridal lounge photo access
  • 4 hours total event time + 2 hours early access for vendor setup time + 1 hour vendor cleanup time 

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION RENTAL INCLUDES

  • Set-up with Chiavari chairs for ceremony for up to 36 guests
  • Ceremony for up to 48 guests when seated at tables surrounding the castle doors ceremony alter
  • Assorted dining/serving tables plus tables for gifts, place cards, cake, and sweetheart table 
  • Set-up and breakdown of four 60' round tables
  •  Up to 4 highboy tables for cocktail hour
  •  Fireplace or Castle Door ceremony location depending on guest count and/or dancefloor
  • Bridal Lounge 
  • The event will last for 5 hours, with an additional 2 hours allotted for vendor setup and 1 hour for vendor cleanup.
  •  Up to a one-hour rehearsal, one day prior to the event may be scheduled

CEREMONY ONLY INCLUDES

  •  Seating for up to 60 guests.
  • Ceremony location in front of our beautiful oversized fireplace 
  • OR castle doors (under balcony) 
  • OR center of the room 
  • OR on the balcony.

  • Prime downtown St. Augustine location on the oldest street in the nation
  • 2,500 square foot venue, including a private gated entrance and patio
  • Vaulted ballroom ceiling with beams and tongue & groove 
  • Iron chandeliers
  • "Castle style" doors
  • Stone and coquina fireplace with candles
  • Lots of natural lighting 
  • In-house sound system ( managed by venue owner or DJ) 
  • Dance floor lighting and/or accent wall up-lighting (when using COS Celebrations, our APPROVED DJ on our vendor list)
  • Bar area with customized lighting and bar furniture
  • Balcony overseeing ballroom 
  • Large catering kitchen with convection and warming ovens, double-sided refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker
  • Two indoor lower main level ADA restrooms
  •  Mahogany Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions
  • Assortment of tables including: UP TO: 8- 60” round tables and 8- 6' rectangular
  • Back alley service entrance
  • Guest Wi-Fi
  • On-site venue manager

  • Our exclusive DJ service makes sure your event keeps moving and stays on track for the planned activities.

SPECIAL EVENTS

 

REHEARSAL DINNERS: 

9 Aviles offers PRIVATE event rental space for REHEARSAL DINNERS  (minimum 25- 64 people maximum, including 3 hours for guests). Plus one hour set up and one hour breakdown/cleanup time for vendors. Also allows one hour early access for a few people to come in to set up approved decor. Sunday-


WELCOME PARTIES:  

An additional 2 hours for an after dinner WELCOME PARTY (minimum 25 to 64 people maximum)  is available for an additional cost.

OR book just a WELCOME PARTY (up to 64 guests depending on set up) as the sole event, which includes 3 hours. Plus one hour set up and one hour breakdown/cleanup time for vendors. Also allows one hour early access for a few people to come in to set up approved decor.


ENGAGEMENT PARTIES, BON VOYAGE BRUNCHES, and ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS can also be hosted.
